Refund policy
Prints and Photo Products - If my printers have a policy where a reprint or refund is possible, I will first offer you a reprint of your item in the following cases before I offer you a refund: bad image, wrong image printed, or wrong item received. You must respond to the offer of a reprint within the timeframe that I outline in the email and/or text message that I send you regarding this matter, otherwise a refund will not be given. If a reprint is not possible, but a refund is, then I will process your refund. In all other cases, all sales are final, as the printers will not accept returns or refunds in these circumstances.
Digital Downloads - All sales are final, and no refunds are given on any digital downloads.
Photography Services - Refund policies for photography services are indicated on the contract that I send to you, and you agree to be bound by those terms upon signing of the contract.
